Advanced Training and Performance (ATP) x

EMFC: Elite Strength & Athletic Development 

ATP is thrilled to continue our partnership with Eugene Metro FC to deliver high-level strength and conditioning training for ALL U12–U19 athletes (yes, this includes all comp and premier athletes!). This program is built for EMFC players to train year-round and who are ready to take their game to the next level.

At ATP, injury prevention and proper mechanics are our foundation. We don’t just train harder—we train smarter. Once athletes master the fundamentals, we strategically increase intensity and volume to unlock peak performance safely.

Our cutting-edge training is based on the latest sports science and designed to help soccer players dominate the pitch. Here’s what we focus on:

Injury Prevention through mobility training and proper movement patterns
🦵 Single-Leg Strength & Stability to build a balanced, resilient body
💨 Explosiveness & Agility through sprint mechanics, jumping, and rapid direction changes
🏋️ Total-Body Power with compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and power cleans
💪 Core Strength & Balance for better control, endurance, and injury resistance

Whether your athlete is chasing speed, strength, or confidence on the field, ATP delivers a fun, challenging, and safe training environment that helps them grow as both an athlete and a competitor.

This program is more than just training—it’s a full performance and injury-prevention system built specifically for youth athletes.

Class Schedule: Strength + Athletic Development 

  • Monday: 6:30 PM
    Tuesday: 6:30 PM* (new!), 7:30 PM

  • Wednesday: 6:30 PM*(new!), 7:30 PM*(new!)

  • Thursday: 7:30 PM

*Tuesday 6:30PM and Wednesday classes will not be made available until June 2025. All other classes are live now! 

Please Note: To keep the quality of training high, classes may be capped if they consistently fill up. We also may adjust class times based on attendance. If a class is consistently full, we’ll do our best to add more options. If a class stays small, we may remove it from the schedule until demand picks back up. Thanks for your understanding!
