  • Leticia Ficek

    CF-L1 (owner)

I am a mom of four athletes, a University of Oregon graduate, a former CPA/senior manager at a global accounting firm, a 20+ year business owner and a lifelong athlete. I currently co-own and coach at CrossFit Evviva and hold a Level 1 CrossFit trainer certification. I have served on the board of the Eugene Timbers FC, managed several ETFC soccer teams and coached numerous youth soccer teams. I found CrossFit in my late 30’s and have loved competing and coaching CrossFit over the past decade while continuing to play soccer with my kids, and it helped me appreciate the importance of strength and conditioning for improving my performance in soccer on the field.

  • Spencer Kankel

I am passionate about coaching and helping individuals from all backgrounds use fitness as a medium to improve their quality of life. I received my bachelors of science in biology, emphasizing on neurobiology and systems behavior, and a minor in chemistry from the University of Oregon. Furthermore I coached and managed one of the most competitive high school rowing programs in the country where I helped coordinate recruiting efforts for high schoolers who would join the club and then go on to row for various D1 colleges. Additionally, I co-own CrossFit Evviva, a CrossFit gym here in Eugene Oregon, where I manage all of the workout programming and also work with clients 1-on-1 for nutrition and sport specific training.

  • Hannah Kankel

    CF-L1

Hey I’m Hannah and I am a Eugene native! I attended the University of Oregon where I received my bachelors of science in human physiology and a minor in psychology. I had a strong affinity for biomechanics and the neurobiology of concussions while in school, which has directed me towards youth sport specific training. I am the strength and conditioning coach for the South Eugene High School Women’s Basketball team. I previously was an assistant volleyball coach at SEHS as well. I love coaching athletes that strive for success in their sport. On top of coaching ATP, I am the admin/gym manager for CrossFit Evviva, a personal trainer, and a dog mom to our mascot Archie!

Hi! I’m Kristen. I’m a physical therapist and am originally from Salem, Oregon. I grew up playing sports and played college softball. After dealing with injuries, my love of playing sports switched to a love of figuring out ways to help people stay resilient and strong, whether recovering from injury or working to avoid injury. I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential in their sport by improving strength and resilience. I’ve taken advanced course work in weightlifting mechanics for athletes and I’m excited to be a part of ATP.
