Why is there a service fee when I checkout?
You will be charged a 3.2% service fee at checkout if you choose to pay online. If you wish to pay by cash or check you will not need to pay this fee. The cash or check will only need to be the amount of the credit pack or membership before the service fee was added on

Is there an app I can download?
Yes! Go to the App Store on your phone and search “Upper Hand Sports and Fitness”
You will be able to sign up for classes, buy credit passes, pay balances, and manage your athlete schedules all through the app!
