General Strength and Athletic Development


General strength and athletic development (GSAD) is a class focused on developing strength and athleticism that can benefit athletes from any sport. Athletes will go through a comprehensive warm up and work on plyometrics to help them develop speed and power. They will do upper and lower body weightlifting movements to help them gain and maintain full body strength. They will finish class with accessory work that will focus on isolation movements which can help develop smaller muscle groups that are important for stabilizing joints and reducing the risk of injury.

Classes take place

Monday 6:40-7:40pm

Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm

You will need to create a profile before purchasing a class, membership or credit pass for this event.
