Personal Training

Personal training matches you with one of our knowledgable and experienced staff members. We will provide athletes with an individualized program tailored to their strengths and weaknesses to help them reach their goals and maximize their athletic potential. This is also an excellent option for athletes with no prior lifting experience to help prepare them and transition them into a team session.

Small Group

Small group training is for groups of 2-6 athletes. Within a small group, each athlete will receive an individualized program tailored to their strengths and weaknesses to help them reach their goals and maximize their athletic potential. However, while working in person with a trainer, the coach will be coaching the whole group at the same time. Think individualized programming, but in a small group with one coach.

Remote Training & Programming

We offer online programming for athletes who feel comfortable following a workout plan on their own. Programming is delivered through an online platform which has demo videos and a chat function so that athletes can message with their coach and log their performances.
